They always had a slight attitude but lately the attitude has been turned up. Since he went on his own last summer things have been worse and now they don't accept credit cards. I've dealt with the bad attitude and arrogant tone for long enough. He even had the audacity to question why i had to go somewhere else when he was 3 weeks out. His cuts are ok but I feel he doesn't treat our dogs very well.
We should have NEVER heard this from any BUSINESS OWNER. We have now taken his advise and are taking Bella our beautiful English Springer Spaniel dog to Wet Noses, these people REALLY do their job with pride and are well trained in "how-to-talk-to-customers"
Same Experience as most people on here. VERY rude owner, rude enough BEFORE the service, I took my Cavalier King Charles home with me and I am looking for another option. Worst experience EVER!!
I know that there will always be a "bad haircut" in a dog's life at least once in their life but when you bring up "our dissatisfaction" to the establishment's owner and have been told "if you didn't like the way your dog came out take it somewhere else there are hundreds of groomers around here".
The owner's EXTREMELY poor customer service manners and ATTITUDE made us turn away from this place.

This is my 6th visit and I could not be more thrilled. My dog loves Rick. She bounds up to him when we arrive. I've been to many grooming shops and nothing compares. I'm surprised he doesn't charge a lot more for the quality of work he does. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Owner was rude to my husband. So we took our dog to another kinder groomer.
You should all take his advise to us and take your pooch to a place that APPRECIATES" your business!
