The cleaner charged me $40 to clean our comforter. It came back smelling like someone had dumped perfume all over it. I brought it back and they said they'd fix it but didn't. I tried to have a manager call, but they won't. I stopped in and the manager was there, she apologized and told me she would heat treat it and credit me for the comforter. I came back and the credit was not their and they said if I get a credit, they keep the comforter. They said they would have the manager call me right away and I haven't heard from anyone in a week.
Been to this location two or three times. Each time quality service and very professional and courteous employees. Reasonably priced as well. Good service, nice employees, reasonable prices. Rare nowadays to find the three in combination at any one location for any business.
