Andrea was great. I was a walk I'm but she managed to get me in the chair within 45 minutes. I told her how my stylist in Michigan cut my hair and she made some adjustments because of her equipment and my hair turned out perfect. I would recommend an appointment if you don't want to wait.
Just walked in for a quick haircut but was greeted by 2 employees shouting obscenities at each other and threatening bodily harm. Needless to say, I backed out of the front door. I don't think hostile people give good haircuts.
I have been getting my haircut by Andrea for the past year and a half because she does an amazing job,takes her time,and really cares about her clients.I called up to Supercuts to see if I can book an apt.with her and whoever answered the phone said she doesn't work there anymore and hung up on me. So since I don't know where Andrea is cutting hair now I decided to give another stylist a try. She did such a horrible job that I will not ever go there again. My hair is butchered! Needless to say, I will never go back to Supercuts again!
Brandy is a professional . She is attentive and does a great job everytime.
The hairdresser I had appointment with today, Michelle, said that she would cut my hair today but not in the future because she doe not feel comfortable cutting my hair (she cut my normal hair only once before) and she suggested that I have future appointments with the manager because she is a better match for me. She said it was ok for her to cut my husband's hair but not mine - nothing personal - she added. In defense of her, the manager said that Michelle prefers to cut the hair of men rather than women. To me, the behavior of Michelle and her manager was neither professional nor justified, therefore I left the salon without having haircut.
